Geba productive areas can rely on a great number of versatile and up-to-date equipmentsthat allow the production of electronic boards in both SMT and/or PTH technologies. Mainly regarding the SMT department production capacity, Geba realised the most important investments during the last years. At the moment Geba can afford every size of production batch, from the sampling to the mass production of medium-big batches, thanks to 5 complete SMT lines and single machines (automatic printing machines MPM, chip shooters and pick and places  PHILIPS, reflow ovens ELECTROVERT).

 

• On customer demand Geba can produce with water-soluble soldering past, wash the assembled boards in demineralized water and constantly check the ionic contamination on them.
• The correct SMT production of every board is checked by automatic machines for optical inspection SAMSUNG and SAKI.
• Geba has 4 robots equipped to distribute englobing liquids on assembled boards.
• In Geba it is possible to perform functional  and/or automatic test by using a flyingprobe and a bed of nails SPEA tester, in order to assure the correct operation of its products.
• The whole business environment is equipped for the total protection against the ESD. Daily tests and controls are scrupulously carried out and recorded by every employee.
